The 3-2-1 Method is the easiest plan I’ve ever done. I don’t know what my best case scenario was but this is even better. At no point have I felt like..ugh..I have to keep doing this? I’ve actually looked forward to the next meal every step of the way. 3 weeks in, I am now down 14 pounds and I’m sleeping better, my mood is better and I’m able to get back to activities I haven’t been able to do in years.
