Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups rolled oats or quick oat
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ cup hemp hearts
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup natural peanut butter, stirred well
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- To a large bowl, add oats, almond flour, coconut flakes, hemp hearts, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, peanut butter, sugar and salt. Mix to combine well then fold in the chocolate chips
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the pan. Press down very firmly into the pan, using your hands or the bottom of a measuring cup or glass.
- Place in the freezer to set, about 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer and cut into cubes. Store in an airtight container or sealable freezer bag in the fridge up to 1 week, or in the freezer up to 3 months.

Ok these are so damn good! Super easy to make and easy clean up as well. I am going to hide them from my kids and bring them to work as a snack 🤤. Perhaps my freezer isn’t great but I left mine in for about 30 min and the edges fell apart a bit still. Maybe I need to press harder with the glass next time too. Anyways I also ate it right from the bowl so doesn’t matter what condition they are in, so good!
