MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Hey there, I’m Lindsay!

I’m a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, and founder of the Make Food Feel Good Method, currently working towards my Intuitive Eating Counselor certification. I’m also a busy Momma and I get the struggle to try to balance it all. 

Over the past 11+ years working as a dietitian I have had the honor of supporting thousands of clients transform their relationship with food and their bodies using the foundations of mindful and intuitive eating paired with the science of nutrition – applied with a real life approach. 

I get it, because I was once there myself. Completely overwhelmed and preoccupied with a tumultuous relationship with food. But having come out on the other side, one thing I know for sure is that when food feels good, life is SO MUCH BETTER! There’s more freedom, more joy, more ease, and more room for the people and experiences that truly fill you up. And trust me, food can actually feel fun and easy! 

And that’s what I want for you! I’d be honored to guide you along the way.
