I love this dip, it is so fresh and I love the kick from the jalapeño. If you’re not a fan of spice you can just leave it out or remove the seed for a much milder spice. It is so simple to make and goes with just about anything!
When I say I eat this on everything, I really mean it. It goes great with everything from your morning toast or bagel to a fresh addition to an appy spread, or my favorite, with a nice charcuterie platter :). It’s also a nice change to mix things up as a veggie dip for a more interesting snack, and can even be used as a creamy salad dressing.
By adding the Greek yogurt, you get that bit of extra protein that will keep you fueled longer. The combination of the protein with the healthy fats from the avocado makes it the perfect satisfying treat and a bonus, with all that goodness, you can eat it everyday.
Enjoy!
