1 Hour Consultation

$150 CAD

This one time appointment is the perfect choice if you just need some guidance, clarification or direction with your current eating and lifestyle habits.

This one hour consultation is your opportunity to ask Lindsay anything! If you feel like you’ve got a pretty solid foundation and just need a bit of guidance, direction, and trustworthy nutrition knowledge to set you on your way, this is a great option for you!

The Fresh Start Package

$455 CAD

This package is for you if you’re ready to make some impactful changes. You feel that you just need that kick in the butt to set you on the right path and a check in to make sure you’ve got all the tools you need to achieve your goals.

  • Initial Assessment where we cover
    • Your medical history
    • Current concerns & goals
    • Outline your take action plan with tangible steps to take you from where you are to where you want to be
    • Summary of recommendations and action plan
  • 2 x Follow Up Appointment
    • Check in on progress towards your goals
    • Troubleshoot any road blocks you may be facing
    • Accountability support to keep you inspired and moving forward!
    • Additional worksheets & guides as needed
  • Includes 6 weeks of email support

The Full Package

$597 CAD

This package is for you if you know you work best with support and accountability to keep you on track and make changes one step at a time. Change can be hard. Working through the challenges along the way, and really addressing what’s at the root of your eating habits, will give you the confidence to trust your body and put you back in control of your relationship with food. I am committed to providing you with all the tools and support for a lifelong lifestyle change to live your best and healthiest life!
