Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower or frozen cauliflower
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Tajin rim

Instructions

  1. To a high speed blender, add the milk, yogurt, mango, cauliflower, pineapple, and lime. 
  2. Blend until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds. Pour into a tajin-rimmed glass and enjoy!
