Description

These quick and easy strawberry overnight oats with Greek yogurt are a game-changer for busy mornings! With simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, hemp hearts, chia seeds and oats, this balanced protein and fiber packed breakfast supports balanced blood sugars to keep you nourished and energized throughout the morning. And did I mention they are soo creamy and delicious?! Enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 ½ cups milk of choice

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • ½ cup hemp hearts

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 8 medium strawberries, diced + more for topping

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (can also use plain if preferred)


Instructions

 

  1. To a medium mixing bowl, add the oats, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon and salt. Whisk until well combined, then fold in the strawberries, mixing until distributed evenly. (Note: You can also mix the yogurt in at this stage. I like to layer it on top but both work!)

  2. Divide oat mixture between 4 sealable jars or airtight containers and top with the yogurt (if you haven’t already mixed it in) and more strawberries if desired.

  3. Place in the fridge to set overnight. These will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  4. When ready to enjoy, remove from the fridge and enjoy!
