With Lindsay on maternity leave, we thought this would be a great time for the team to introduce themselves and share their fave recipes and articles on the blog. First up moi!

I’ve worked with Lindsay since 2015 and became full-time officially in February of this year. My role is pretty dynamic and always changing. I usually describe myself as a jack of all trades who has their hands in a little bit of everything, typically coordinating things behind the scenes… although my hands and sometimes my face make an appearance on screen.

I come from a large Irish-Italian family and for as long as I can remember the kitchen has always been the center of any gathering. Food and photography are two of my favorite creative outlets and I’m so grateful to be able to incorporate them into my work life.
