We live in a culture where there is so much noise and constant messaging about what we “should” or “shouldn’t eat” – how many calories we can consume per day (like we’re some kind of robotic machine). Trust me, as a dynamic human being it’s not as simple as just calories in vs. calories out, which eating window will lead us to our perfect body (sorry Intermittent fasting, that just ain’t it), or the next food group we’ve just got ot cut out and our goals will finally be achieved (nope, not that either – if Atkins worked, we wouldn’t be circling around Keto again now…same same but different)
While this may be the norm for so many of us to live and feel this way, I promise you it doesn’t have to be!

So What Exactly Is The Make Food Feel Good Program?
Make Food Feel Good is an 8 week Guided program based on the principles of Mindful and Intuitive Eating and Feel Good Nutrition to give you everything you need to feel confident and free in your everyday eating.
It is the combination of the exact tools I used to break free of my own struggles in my relationship with food and have now had the opportunity to guide hundreds of others through to create a truly balanced, healthy and JOY filled relationship with food.

Because when food feels good, life feels good! We have the time and mental space to focus on and put our attention into what actually matters and makes up a meaningful life.

Is MFFG a diet?
Absolutely not. This is where MFFG really differs from other programs. While there is definitely guidance and a ton of support, this program is not a diet. In fact, it is anti-diet.
There is no calorie counting, weigh-ins, designated “eating windows” or any other bogus “diet rules” you may have been subjected to in the past (because let’s be honest, while this structure may feel like it “works” initially, it is simply not sustainable…if it were, would you be here reading this right now?)
While you do get tools like flexible meal plans, our nearly 20 years of combined nutrition knowledge as Registered Dietitians, exercises and worksheets to put it all into practice, and personal dietitian coaching, the MFFG program is designed to nurture your own expertise so you never have to rely on diets or outside sources to dictate what you can and cannot eat again!

Designed by a Registered Dietitian. I love getting to blend my nearly 20 years of experience studying and practicing the science of nutrition as a dietitian with the psychology of behavior change, mindfulness and intuitive eating. I’ve taken what I’ve seen to actually work in the real world both in my own life and those of my clients and put it all together into a proven method (spoiler alert – programs like Noom have been designed by Engineers and a whole lot of marketing genius). What is the time commitment?
You will receive access to the modules on a weekly basis for 8 weeks. Each module takes approx. 45 mins-1 hour to complete. The coaching calls are 1 hour 1x/week. With this said, the program is designed to clear a whole lot of mental space and time, and save hours in the kitchen with the tools and meal plans, meal planning guides!
How long can I access the resources?
You get to keep access to all of the resources for life! All course modules, recordings of the live coaching calls, meal plans, plus ongoing access to the private community (this will be changing but if you get in now, you will be Grandfathered into this program set up!)
What kind of support do I get?
Each week includes a live group coaching session led by Lindsay or MFFG Dietitian – Ally Choo. On these calls, you’ll have a chance to ask any questions you have (live!) and get the support, accountability and motivation to keep moving forward with your goals! You will also have access to daily support from Lindsay and the team plus the MFFG community.
Can I get it covered by insurance?
Yes, many of our members have been able to get the program covered in part or in full by their extended medical benefits. This will depend on where you live and your personal plan – check with your insurance provider for details and let them know it is a group nutrition coaching program run by a Registered Dietitian (registration number to be provided) with weekly live 60 minute nutrition coaching calls (this is likely what you’ll be able to submit for!).
