This 5-Minute French Onion Cottage Cheese Dip is packed full of protein and nourishing fats. Serve with veggies, crackers or chips for a satisfying snack that will keep you energized and full between meals.
Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) cottage cheese
⅓ cup sour cream
1 tbsp French onion soup mix
1–2 tsp dried parsley
Top with fresh herbs like dill, chives or parsley, if desired
For serving: veggies, crackers, or chips

To a large food processor, add the cottage cheese, sour cream, french onion soup mix, and dried parsley. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, 1 to 2 minutes.
