Lindsay Pleskot, RD, BSc,
Founder & Registered Dietitian
Hi! I’m Lindsay, Registered Dietitian, Momma, and founder of LindsayPleskot.com. I am so happy you’ve landed here!
I believe that food is about so much more than just nutrition. Although I’m super passionate about the power of food to fuel and nourish our cells from the inside out, true “health” requires mindful incorporation of practices for Physical (Body), Mental (Mind), and Emotional (Soul) wellbeing.
At the end of the day I just want to Make Food Feel Good and I truly believe that this is possible for everyone! Whether you’re a busy Momma or entrepreneur trying to juggle it all, looking for balance and to be at peace with food and your body, or motivated to get more out of the foods you eat, I look forward to being a resource to help make food feel good for you!
