Ingredients
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I like Progressive’s Grass-Fed Whey Protein)
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 shots espresso
- ½ cup ice
- Pinch of salt
- Optional Toppings: Coconut whip and a drizzle of chocolate or caramel
Instructions

To a blender, add the protein, milk, cauliflower, espresso, and ice and blend on high for 60-90 seconds.

Pour into your cup and top with coconut whip and drizzle with your fave sauce. Enjoy!
