Like dessert for breakfast. Chia Pudding is a great prep ahead breakfast for busy mornings. I hope you enjoy this Golden Milk Version!
Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut milk or vanilla almond milk (regular, not unsweetened)
- ¼ cup chia
- 1 tsp Level Ground Trading turmeric
- ¼ tsp Level Ground Trading ground ginger
- ⅛ tsp Level Ground Trading black pepper
- Optional toppings: ¼ avocado each for a more savoury option, ½ cup diced fresh papaya or 2 Tbsp Level Ground Trading Dried Mango
Instructions
- Add milk, chia, turmeric, ginger, and pepper to a small bowl or jar and whisk with a fork or shake to combine all ingredients well.
- Alternatively blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Divide between 2 small jars or containers. Place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Top with desired toppings and enjoy immediately or throughout the week!
