This 4-ingredient creamy Greek yogurt chocolate mousse is so insanely delicious and makes the perfect balanced and satisfying snack! Packed with the goodness of Greek yogurt giving it a nutritional boost with almost 20 g of protein per cup and a good dose of your daily calcium. It can be whipped up in 10 minutes flat and stored in the fridge to pull out whenever that chocolate craving hits!
Ingredients

2/3 cup dark chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt ( I used 2%)

2 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder

Pinch salt
Instructions

Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted. Let cool to room temperature.

Combine Greek yogurt, melted chocolate, cacao powder, and salt in a food processor and blend until well combined. Do not overmix or it can become watery. Note: If you don’t have a food processor, a stand mixer or hand mixer will work!

Serve as is or refrigerate up to 5 days. When ready to eat, top with walnuts, a dollop of Greek yogurt or whipped cream, and fresh fruit like raspberries or strawberries. Enjoy!
