Description

This simple four ingredient honey lime dressing is packed with flavor and comes together in just 2 minutes! Drizzle it on your favorite salad, roasted veggies or grilled chicken, fish or tofu!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Optional: add ¼ cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut your lime in half and use a handheld citrus presser to juice both halves of your lime in to a small bowl.
  2. If using raw or creamed honey, melt 1-2 tbsp of it in a small pot or microwave. Add into same bowl as your lime juice. If you’re using runny honey, pour 1-2 tbsp into the lime juice.
  3. Add your salt and pepper.
  4. Finely chop fresh mint leaves, add to bowl, and whisk all ingredients together. (If you want to keep this dressing in the fridge for longer than 1 week, add the mint leaves before each use).
