The Best Postpartum Diet? No Diet at All.
For many moms postpartum, the pressure to bounce back to their pre pregnancy body can be overwhelming. Moms are constantly being targeted with postpartum diets – claiming to be the perfect solution to “getting your body back”. Unfortunately, these diets (like every other diet) are just smoke and mirrors.
